Here is the final post of your beautiful Christmas photos! Thank you again to all who joined in! Also, don’t miss the winner of the challenge at the end of the post!

From Janna serving in Portland, OR:

From Kylene serving in Denmark:

Dancing and singing around the Christmas Tree, a fun Danish tradition

From Phyllis serving in Ukraine:

From Patty serving in Ghana:

Our Bronya-fie or Christmas Hut

No-snow man!

From Susan serving in Germany:

In Germany, the tradition is for children to put a shoe or boot outside the front door on the night of December 5.  The next day (Dec. 6 – St. Nicholas Day) they awaken to find the shoe filled with sweets, fruits, and nuts.  Here are my girls, Savannah and Ashley, finding their boots.

And finally, the winner of the Russian Matrioshka doll is Julie from Paraguay! (I used random.org to choose the winner fairly).  Congrats Julie and thank you so much to all who participated in this week’s event!

Can you see all of the pictures? Either my computer or the blog server are having a hard day because two photos are not showing up on my screen (although they showed up when I wrote the actual post). Let me know if you have the same problem so I can know if it is just my computer! If you also can’t see the photos, check back soon as I am trying to fix it. Thanks!

I can’t see two of the pics either! It’s not just you 🙂

Woohoo! I am honored to be the winner! I loved all the pics; isn’t it great that although the method of celebrating in our different cultures is distinct, the focus stays the same.

Ok, so the problem seems to be fixed. I hope you can see them all now! Congrats again, Julie!
